Dear Ticket Buyers,
First off, thank you for supporting our even and purchasing passes. As you have probably heard, the festival was canceled. We are truly sorry to everyone who made arrangements and plans to be there.
With the few tickets we did sell, we had to use those funds for festival expenses such as artwork, paid promotional ads, street team materials, deposits for artists, and several other festival needs.
We never expected to not sell enough tickets to break even. It has never happened before and it is heartbreaking.
That being said, refunds for those tickets bought will be honored, however it will take several weeks or months to do so.
MoonRunners had no sponsors, donators, or financial backers. So, basically refunds will have to be provided by us personally out of our pockets due to many event expenses.
We promise it will happened and apologize dearly that it will be delayed quite a bit. Refunds will be given in the order they were purchased.
Please bare with us. This is a very difficult time for us and we are doing everything we can.
